LIFETIME REPLACEMENT CONDITIONS

Taipan Public Area Rat Bait Stations are designed primarily for use in area’s which are accessible to the general public.  Due to the high incidence of theft and vandalism in these area’s, Taipan Rat Bait Stations are constructed from 3 mm galvanized mild steel shaped to minimize the possibility of the lid being removed by hand, without the use of levers etc.

As most incidents of vandalism or thievery are curiosity driven, the tuff construction of Taipan Public Area Rat Bait Stations makes it difficult to access.

We are so confident in the security of our product we offer to replace the lid of any Taipan Public Area Rat Bait Station if it is lost, at no charge providing;

• Proof of purchase by the original customer is produced.
• The station has been installed in a public accessible area and installed in accordance with instructions.
• There is no evidence that tools other than a persons hands have been used to remove the lid of the station.
• The station has not been damaged by a vehicle or storage system.
• The customer pays all freight charges.
• “Lifetime” shall mean 10 years from the date of purchase.

“Public accessible area” shall mean any area normally open for unimpeded access by the general public or employees.
